The ABM-VV-VAR block- moulds are specially designed models based on the approved block-mould series ABM-VV but with one movable sidewall. Due the re-adjustable sidewall square blocks can be produced in various outer width.
Due to a robust compulsory guide the sidewall movement allows the processing of 100 % recycled material.
For this application the sidewall has to be moved during expansion-process.
The robust design ensures continuous-free operation. The inner walls of the block- mould are made of stainless steel wedge-wirer and ensure due an extended maintenance rate a high operational availability even when processing materials with higher dust-content.
The secure block ejection onto the discharging conveyor with integrated block-scale is ensured due movable side of the mould.
All block- moulds are equipped with a power saving Vacuum-system with a very large storage tank.
Due to the use of the latest technology the Vacuum-system runs without water-pumps!
For process-control the Siemens SIMATIC S7 CPU is used.
The IP65 protection class design of the SIMATIC touch-screen panel ensures long life and simplified operation even when in harsh operating conditions.
