Batch pre-expanders are outmost flexible fully automatic units for low and high densities used for block- and shape moulding production.
The pre-weighed raw material is batch-wise expanded in the pressure vessel.
A fast adjustment to different raw materials and densities from 14 - 40 g/l is guaranteed.
Depending on the raw material quality a second expansion step creates densities of < 10 g/l.
