New Central Vacuum Unit (Tank Type) for Moulding Machines:
We would like to inform you that we created a new vacuum unit for moulding machines ;
Efficient use ,energy saving, fast cycle times and dry final product.
This unit is a new product of Akkaya that the others do not have at the moment.
Nearly all the EPS converters complain about their production methods due to they can not reach the efficient cycle times and dry final product.
With the help of this unit you will work very efficient with your production due to a new Tank type Central Vacuum System.
1 - VACUUM TANK STORAGE VOLUME 4000 lt
This unit has always reserve vacuum for each machine at each cycle, due to the big storage of vacuum.
And this unit can serve up to 10-12 moulding machines at once .(10-12 m2 Moulding area)
2 - PRE-CONDENSER 500 lt
Nowadays every machine has a pre-condenser before connection to the vacuum but who can say that they are working properly.
Due to the bad quality of the water and dirt, this unit s are working with % 50 of their capacity.
This creates a vacuum loss on the central vacuum unit due to the increase of the tempearture of the steam which is going through the vacuum.
High temperature reduces the effect and the production of vacuum.
Here we have an additional pre-condenser on the unit which will get rid of all the bad effects caused by high temperature.
And even the machines without a pre-condenser can be connected to Akkaya vacuum unit without any problem.
3 - ENERGRY SAVING UP TO % 50 ELECTRICITY POWER
Akkaya Central Vacuum unit is running with only 2 Vacuum pumps(5.5 Kw) and 1 Water pump(2.2Kw) up to 10-12 machines.
Normally this can be done with min.4-5 Vacuum pumps and 2 Water pumps.This shows that Akkaya New Central Vacuum Tank type is saving energy up to %50 comparing to the conventional system.
And some the machines are running with 2 vacuum pumps on it on for one machine.From this point of wiev ,you can not compare the efficiency of the Akkaya system the competitors systems.
4 - MIN.SPACE REQUIREMENT
Akkaya Central Vacuum –Tank Type is built in a vertical way that you need a minimum space requirement for installing the unit , comparing the others.
It can be located anywhere in the production hal lor outside.The heigth is the same as the moulding machines.
