The quality demands of modern block-moulds for the manufacture of white or black EPS rigid foam blocks is very high.
Uniform density distribution (including a high percentage of recycled material), good uniform fusion, low residual moisture content, minimal energy consumption and short cycles are the basis of efficient block-production.
These high efficiency requirements are standard for all AKKAYA - block-moulds
Even with raw materials not corresponding to the Western European quality standards are used,
a high standard of production can be achieved and maintained.
BLOCK- MOULDS ABM-VV:
The ABM-VV block- mould series is an economically priced, efficient system with fixed mould dimensions. The robust design ensures continuous trouble-free operation. The inner walls of the block- mould are made of stainless steel wedge-wirer and ensure due an extended maintenance rate a high operational availability even when processing materials with higher dust-content.
The secure block ejection onto the discharging conveyor with integrated block-scale is ensured due one slightly tapered side of the mould.
All block- moulds are equipped with a power saving Vacuum-system with a very large storage tank.
Due to the use of the latest technology the Vacuum-system runs without water-pumps!
For process control the Siemens SIMATIC S7 CPU is used.
The IP65 protection class design of the SIMATIC touch-screen panel ensures long life and simplified operation even when in harsh operating conditions.
